Polityka prywatności
1. Kto przetwarza dane
Administratorem danych jest Nikodem Szymański, e-mail: nikodemszymanski@gmail.com („my”).
2. Jakie dane zbieramy
3. Do czego używamy danych
6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), oraz zgoda wyrażona w oknie logowania danej platformy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
4. YouTube API Services i Google
Aplikacja korzysta z YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API i YouTube Analytics API), aby wysyłać filmy na kanał YouTube użytkownika i pokazywać mu statystyki tych filmów.
5. TikTok
Aplikacja korzysta z TikTok Login Kit i Content Posting API, aby odczytać podstawowe informacje o profilu i opublikować film wybrany przez użytkownika z ustawieniami, które użytkownik sam wybierze przed publikacją, a także odczytać statystyki filmów i konta (wyświetlenia, polubienia, komentarze, udostępnienia, liczbę obserwujących). Dostęp można cofnąć w aplikacji TikTok: Profil → Ustawienia i prywatność → Bezpieczeństwo → Aplikacje i usługi. Obowiązują też Warunki korzystania z TikTok i Polityka prywatności TikTok.
6. Meta (Facebook i Instagram)
Dostęp można cofnąć w Ustawieniach Facebooka: Ustawienia i prywatność → Ustawienia → Aplikacje i witryny. Obowiązuje też Polityka prywatności Meta.
7. Przechowywanie i bezpieczeństwo
8. Komu przekazujemy dane
Privacy Policy (English)
1. Who we are
The data controller is Nikodem Szymański, email: nikodemszymanski@gmail.com ("we"). Torrevieja po polsku (the "App") is a tool for scheduling and publishing Polish-language content about Torrevieja, Spain to the brand's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts that the user connects to the App.
2. Data we collect
The App only processes the data needed to publish content the user prepares and approves:
- Access tokens issued by Meta, TikTok and Google after the user logs in and grants consent.
- Basic account information: the ID, display name and avatar of the account, Page or channel, so the user can see where a post will go.
- Content to publish: video and image files, captions, titles, hashtags, privacy settings and schedule times entered by the user.
- Publishing results: the ID of the published post or video and its status (e.g. "published", "failed").
- Publishing statistics: aggregate counts the platforms provide for posts and videos published through the App and for the connected account, such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time and follower count. These are aggregated figures with no information about individual viewers.
We do not collect passwords, private messages, follower lists or third-party data. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
3. How we use data
Data is used only to publish the content the user selects, at the time the user chooses, to show the user the result, and to show the user statistics for their own posts. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
The legal basis is performance of the service the user requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent given in each platform's login screen (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. YouTube API Services and Google
The App uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API) to upload videos to the user's YouTube channel and to show the user statistics for those videos. YouTube statistics are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. By using this feature, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data obtained from Google is also processed under the Google Privacy Policy.
Users can revoke the App's access to their Google account at any time via the Google security settings page. The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. TikTok
The App uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API to read basic profile information and publish a video the user selects, with settings the user chooses before posting, and to read video and account statistics (views, likes, comments, shares, follower count). Access can be revoked in the TikTok app: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services. The TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy also apply.
6. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Access can be revoked in Facebook Settings: Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. The Meta Privacy Policy also applies.
7. Storage and security
Tokens are stored encrypted and used only server-side. Media files are kept for up to 30 days after publishing; publishing history (ID and status) is kept until the user deletes their App account. Tokens are deleted immediately when a platform is disconnected.
8. Sharing
Data is sent only to the platform the user publishes to (Meta, TikTok, Google). The App server, which stores tokens, files and statistics, runs on the operator's own computer. Firebase Hosting (Google) only serves these information pages and the login return pages, which pass the one-time authorization code directly to the App server and store nothing.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data and to withdraw consent at any time. See Data deletion for instructions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
