Regulamin
1. Usługa
Torrevieja po polsku („Aplikacja”), prowadzona przez Nikodema Szymańskiego, pozwala planować i publikować polskojęzyczne treści o Torrevieji na kontach Facebook, Instagram, TikTok i YouTube, które użytkownik sam połączy. Aplikacja jest bezpłatna.
2. Konto i połączenia
Użytkownik łączy konta przez oficjalne okna logowania Meta, TikTok i Google. Aplikacja nie zna haseł użytkownika. Użytkownik może odłączyć każde konto w dowolnym momencie.
3. Treści
Użytkownik odpowiada za treści, które publikuje, i oświadcza, że ma do nich prawa. Każda publikacja wymaga wcześniejszego zatwierdzenia przez użytkownika, w tym wyboru konta, ustawień prywatności i terminu. Treści nie mogą naruszać prawa ani zasad platform, na których są publikowane.
4. Zasady platform
Korzystając z Aplikacji, użytkownik akceptuje także zasady platform, na które publikuje: Warunki korzystania z usługi YouTube, Warunki korzystania z TikTok (w tym Music Usage Confirmation) oraz Warunki Meta.
5. Charakter treści
Treści publikowane przez Aplikację mają charakter informacyjny. Informacje o lokalnych przepisach, usługach i wydarzeniach w Hiszpanii warto potwierdzić u źródła, np. w urzędzie miasta Torrevieja.
6. Odpowiedzialność
Aplikacja jest udostępniana w obecnym stanie. Nie odpowiadamy za przerwy w działaniu platform zewnętrznych ani za zmiany ich interfejsów API. Nie wyłącza to odpowiedzialności, której nie można wyłączyć na mocy prawa.

Terms of Service (English)
1. The service
Torrevieja po polsku (the "App"), operated by Nikodem Szymański, lets users schedule and publish Polish-language content about Torrevieja, Spain to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts they connect. The App is free of charge.
2. Accounts and connections
Users connect accounts through the official Meta, TikTok and Google login screens. The App never sees user passwords. Users can disconnect any account at any time.
3. Content
Users are responsible for the content they publish and confirm they hold the rights to it. Every post requires the user's explicit approval, including the target account, privacy settings and schedule. Content must not break the law or the rules of the platform it is published to.
4. Platform terms
By using the App, users also agree to the terms of the platforms they publish to: the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service (including the Music Usage Confirmation) and the Meta Terms.
5. Nature of content
Content published through the App is informational. Information about local regulations, services and events in Spain should be confirmed with the original source, such as Torrevieja City Council.
6. Liability
The App is provided as is. We are not liable for outages of third-party platforms or changes to their APIs. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
